Ok, had to do a web search to see what you were talking about. I knew of the boat and have read about them many times before, never noticed the flat bottom which would if it were a canoe be called a shoe keel. It's a keel regardless. And I see the angle you're talking about in some of the pictures. You'll need some kind of a radius there, the glass won't go around sharp angles. The larger the radius the easier it will be to cover. The glass can be forced around a very tight radius, like 1/4", but it's not easy and it's awfully easy to get air bubbles, specially if it's your first time. As I said, bigger radius is easier.
