Thanks for the reply and I'm certain it's the sun now! I like the double cove idea! As for the strongback, I have been vigilant and haven't started stripping yet because I want the forms fare. So far what I've done is when I had the deck upright I lined every station up very nicely with a string going down the centerline. I also checked to make certain my 2" line above the DWL matched the 2" line I marked on the strongback, and I did this on both sides of the strongback. I flipped the strongback over so the hull is up and it didn't take a string for me to tell there were several stations off. I strung another string down the centerline of the hull and have begun straightening the hull. I'm now afraid when I flip it over I'll have problems with the deck and have to realign again. How do you get out of this cycle or do you just do this several times and it all works out?
