Totally inspired and completed the frame !!!!

Note: Use of a home aluminium ladder as strong-back. The low slung beach-chair style seat I stiched - 4 layers of a discarded polyester shower curtain and the clamp to hold it.

Bought the PVC glue today - Type S 1957 2 Part Polyurethane adhesive described as stuff used in "manufacture and repair of inflatable boats, covers, tarpaulins and most forms of flexible PVC and polyurethane sheet products.

I think that fits the bill for my application.

Next week I will get to the skinning stage , provided its a nice dry day-- been raining these past few days.

Cheers

Prasad
