Rob et al- Just talked to a friend who's knowledgeable about birds, who said he didn't think the wood would repel birds, as they don't have much of an olfactory sense. Plus, over time, the smell will dissipate. Found a bunch of cedar birdhouses on the web, too.Add to that I've just about finished it, might as well give it a shot.-Greg
