I wasn't talking about the rear deck. While mine it is not totally flat, it's close. It's probably a 36" radius or something like that. I thought I was going to have to make a new board for my trammel points. Off the top of my head I think there is 1 to 1.25" or rise in the rear deck? It's practically flat. I decided against flat for two reason. One, I like the look of a little bit of curve and two, it's a little stronger and gives me a bit more space for storing gear.
What I was thinking about is the shape at the front of the cockpit, near the knees. The picture Gennie shows is the area I am thinking of. Look at that photo I am pretty sure just swinging an arc between the 3 points wouldn't look good. It needs to be more elliptical shaped to keep the lines looking good.
