Strip: Tall, thin bigfoot looking for kayak design

I'm 6'4", 170 lbs, size 13 feet. I want to build another kayak (I've already built the Great Auk), but I want to build something different with a little more foot room. In my Great Auk, I can fit comfortably barefoot, but it's a tight squeeze when wearing water (pool?) shoes or sandals.

I was considering the high deck night heron. Has anyone of similiar size built this, and how does it fit you? Thanks,
