I've worked a bit on my skeg in the last few days, and I've got the blade in. It's still a bit rough, but I thought I'd post a picture. This will be a wire controlled skeg --- bungee is so much easier. The skeg is offset from the centerline to help prevent jams during seal launches and also to help preserve the built-in skeg of the original Ken Taylor kayak.

I have a bit of epoxy work today then sanding sanding sanding. I'm waiting of some epoxy mat to use for bulkheads and more epoxy, before I can put this baby together, but I'm shooting for end of May.
