I guess it is a matter of perspective. I find that by segregating the topics into different folders that some topics don't get used as much, so people don't read them, so when someone wants their post seen they put it in the most trafficked topic, even if it is not appropriate. To me this is worse than just mixing the topics together in the first place.

And as I mentioned in my other post, I want people to talk about what they want to talk about and not feel constrained to keep a thread that starts on strip-building to stay rigidly in that topic. If the thread wanders into skin on frame territory, that is good because that is what the people conversing wanted to talk about. By changing the subject line they can make it possible to track the discussion.

I know this may be bothersome to people who like things orderly, but I have not been blessed with the ability to keep things orderly anyway so it feels natural to me.
