Like I said, the last time I used it it was 3:30 in the afternoon with solid 20 knots of wind with 1 to 2 foot whitecaps on top of a 4 to 8 foot ground swell in the Pacific Ocean, it worked with a partner that we had practiced rescues, all types. I find it works better than a tee rescue in ruff stuff.
