Couldn't tell you. The polyester surfboard resin I used (an idea from posts years ago by Spidey) is similar but different.

Again, I couldn't really tell you. The only tints I had at the time were white and black. With West 423 a small bit disperses easily and makes a deep black mixture. The white graphite makes a pretty translucent one. I needed to add some white tint to it to get coverage and an even color. You "should" be able to tint it about any color you want. Key word is "should"... You "should" also be able to combine the white and West together and make a grey mixture. I haven't tried either.
