Interlux's Jet Speed varnish is another that doesn't require sanding between coats. Dries fast enough that you can normally recoat in 4 hours or less, so can put several coats on in a day. But, it has zero UV protection, so needs overcoated with at least two coats of a varnish with protection, and these coats require sanding.
