Tools: rolling varnish

Got in a hurry, found a little problem with my method of rolling Captain's varnish. Temperature in the shop. I tried to put on a coat with the shop temperature at about 60 degrees or a little less. Not good, the micro bubbles generated with the rolling process don't flow out as nicely as they do when the shop temperature is warmer. With the currect energy prices I guess I'll just have to wait for somewhat warmer outside temperatures...not great at waiting .
