"Not For Everyone

The Mini Benny is not a beginner's kayak, because it's a bit tippy with a width of 21 1/2 inches. With a depth of 10 inches at the front of the cockpit, it's not a big guy's kayak either. It is fun to surf, but it's not designed for shredding waves. Also, if you are interested in building the Mini Benny because it is easy to build, just remember that with about 10 more hours of work, you could build a full size sea kayak."
