When I reach the Forks during my trip I think I'll have some of that kind of fun. The Forks is where the North and South Sask Rivers meet. I Google Mapped the Forks and noticed some nice wave action. Should be a safe place to play since the water levels out fairly quickly. I'll have to remember to leave the camera and gear on the shore. I was out playing on large wind generated waves once, lots of fun. The VJ isn't as well rounded as the Petrel but she still likes to surf and turn under those conditions.
