Yep, they're loose to store the Greenland Paddles, seems to work well.
Ya know, you and I designed and began building about the same time. I think you spent more time tinkering with Delftship though. This is my 10th kayak build and it's the best of the bunch. I need a break from sanding and epoxy though, so next I'm gonna build a Yost-style SOF for my daughter and a folder for me.
