Has it curved inward or outward? and by how much? It may not be as bad as you think.

Changes in humidity and temperature can cause the wood to expand and contract, which it will do more than the glass, shape changes are the result. But not normally overnight.

If you have not yet glassed the outside of the deck it should still be a little flexable. It gets darned ridged once both sides are glassed. One reason that I prefer to glass underneath and glue the deck on befor glassing the top.
