The Sea Rover's, and the larger volume Sea Rider and Sea Ranger would work well for you.

If you want a really different SOF for rolling, try a Sonnet 16
inflatable ( 16' X 21"). Weight is normally in the low 20's though
mine weighs 18.5lbs. Assembly is under 10 minutes, though it can be
transported assembled as well.

Thomas Ziegler(DE) sent me several Sonnet 16 rolling pics yesterday.
It wasn't originally designed for rolling, but Thomas makes it look easy.
