Hi Bill - I'm going to call West Sys tomorrow and see what they say about using G/flex -- I'll post the answer. Your rudder talk has me remembering some sketches I made almost a year ago - I'll look for them tonight. For the prototype I'm going to ignore the issue and move forward. Materials tomorrow, then fighting with the computer system at school to see if I can get some full-scale printouts of the bulkheads. Looking forward to seeing your design. Carl
