The boat in the pic isd a Nimrod 2 circa 17 years old.

It is 19 ft long and 2 ft wide. The cockpit is 21 inches x 15 and a half inches. Getting in and out is no problem even for big guys if they do not cast too wide a shadow, but this is a very big boat and there is quite a lot of deck height so the angle of entry is not too bad.

Although there is a fair bit of side deck the boat will actually roll ok. The high bouyant deck and shape aft may help with this though.

In all it's years this boat has unexpectedly capsized only once. The guy in it (pictured here) was dozing while waiting for the rest of the party and a bit of swell lifted his stern onto a flat rock and then sank away under him. By the time he woke up he was in the drink.
