If you do get Yogurt make sure it's the Dannon Light and Fit, as Don's is definitely not fat free and it shows! HA!
For your build surface, just rip the 4x8 sheet of plywood in half the long way so you have (2) 2'x8' pieces and put those end to end on 4 saw horses so you have a 16' table. It doesn't need to be spot-on level, because the forms that you stitch the boat around take care of that.
And for the small cups, if you have a Culver's near you, they have the 2 oz. cups for catsup dispensing that work well. I usually take half a dozen when I take my family there for dinner...excellent Walleye basket.
