Thanks, Et. When I ordered the Silver kit from Joe, it was a no-brainer to go ahead and include the seat - I'd seen it recommended on the forum when I was doing my original research. Joe has been a great help through this whole adventure.

I envy you your patience. :-) I think I'll take her out to our club's evening lake paddle this coming Wednesday, just to try her out, then plan on doing varnish around this time in July. (I may need that long to create the dust-free booth in my garage.) I didn't trim off any of the rigging excess figuring I'd be undoing it all in several weeks, but it gives me a good idea of how it all goes together.
