: I picked up a Seals basic nylon skirt in size 1.4. It fits the
: 32"x16" (815 mm x 405 mm) coaming OK, but it forces me to sit
: quite a bit forward of where Tom tells me I should be (easily 6"/15
: cm ahead of the back frame) .

: What skirt brands and sizes have people used for this size coaming on a
: folder? I haven't quite sussed out the whole numbering scheme; do any
: manufacturers have a code for tunnel position relative to the coaming?

Generally with a custom boat you'll need to order a custom skirt to fit unless you copy an existing production boat's cockpit. All the big skirt companies do custom work for a nominal extra charge. Heck even the skirt for my NDK Greenlander had to be a custom :)
