The web page looks pretty good. I wish I had the time and expertise to set something nice like that up for my projects.

When I was looking at the coaming installation pictures I was kind of surprised to see that you went to the trouble to trim your coaming 'tube' to fit the curve on top of the deck instead of letting it protrude through a hole and then trimming the tube after it was glued into place. Any particular reason you went that route instead of the other? Were you worried about the shear strength of the fiberglass at the joint or did you just think that you chose the easier method?
