I use 3 layers of "Nifty Wrapper" commercial plastic wrap available at
"True Value" hardware stores. It's heavier than kitchen type wraps.
(See attached)

Duct tape is used to hold the temporary skin together while speeding down the
highway. I paddled one boat 10 times or so using this wrap.... Takes about 30
minutes to skin the boat.
