I was going to use half inch and cut the forms like Tom (Yost) does on his boats, but then decided that there wasn't a heck of alot of point in having room inside for people in a hull 7" wide So I'll use 1/4" bulkheads with lightening holes.

I've planned on a chine with a tiny amount of camber on the inside between the hulls too. I suspect I'll have to design a truss to keep the hulls straight since the inner hulls on mine are just fabric with a single chine and are very skinny in relation to their length.
