i am currently planning to built a yostwerks designed wood framed sea cruiser. i would like to cover it with 12 oz 1050 ballistic nylon. the problem is, the urethane coating they sell is 60$ for enough to coat one boat, but any nylon over 10 oz. requires 2 60$ things of urethane. thats 120$ in urethane, probably more than the frame will cost!
that sounds ridiculous, there has to be better places out there to buy urethane. i would appreciate some links to sites that have better prices, and some advice on anything you need to do particular with the recommended urethane would be nice, as i know that there are alot of variences.
