: Since you already have a hard-chine design at hand, it should be pretty
: straight forward to convert it to a Yost-style SOF.

I am thinking it should be simple to convert it too. Hoping someone had done it and would chime in.

I have my design in FreeShip. It is a simple matter to get offsets. I can place stations where ever I want s frame and print out offsets. I will have to redesign my deck though. I stripped it and just has some rough dimensions. I laid it out mostly by eye off a centerline height. So I would need to refine the deck some so I can get my frames right.

: Or, you could pick one of Tom's designs and have no design work to do. :)

I do like the Sea Ranger a lot and have been thinking about that.

Then I think about how happy I am with my Wren design too. There are a couple of minor appearance items I am not happy with and I could fix in a SOF version. I have just never been one to follow the crowd. Plus there is something special about your own design. :)
