If it's still wet, that's good, because it will be easier to remove. Scrape off as much as you can,
then use course steel wool dipped in lacquer thinner to remove the rest.
Work in small areas and clean it off well.
Then finally sand the surfaces with 220 wet paper and water.

Work outdoors and wear heavy rubber glove and a respirator!

Thinking about doing it, is a lot worse, then just doing it!
