Can anyone that has built the Regular (or High) deck height version of the Guillemot Night Heron tell me what the height (in inches) is from the keel to the underside of the coaming at the front of the cockpit?

On form #8 it's 13", but isn't that reduced when you put in the recess?

I am having a very hard time discerning whether to build the low deck or the regular deck version.
