I am working on the book, John. I started working on it a few months ago. I expect to have it done within 3 years - I hafta get to Hudson Bay (next year?) before the story can be finished. You can safely bet that I will make a little bit of noise about it once it has been printed.

I am also working on a second book: a coffee table book of short stories about my kayak adventures complete with photographs. I discussed this with a local writer and it was suggested that I was onto something good since no one locally has ever produced such a book. Then, I will start writing.....sheesh, feels like my building projects, you start one, get an idea for another, then another and soon enough, you have so many projects going there seems to be no end to it. :)
