Strip: Seam, both at once?

In everything I have read, it seems like the edge seams are done one at a time...

Is this necessary? I am wondering if I will have a problem laying at least the outside seams both at the same time... It will save at least one day of summer.

Anyone seam the inside 2 at a time? I wonder if the glass will fall if held upside down when unrolling the second side...

Thoughts?
