Well yes John, it was very frustrating. I was turning the kayak around when my grasp slipped and the stern banged to the garage concrete. Heard a loud crack and the dammage was done. I believe I did spill out a couple of bad words... 
This was before any end pours. But yes, I did get it fixed ok.
BTW the language is finnish. =)
