C'mon,Glen, be a truth teller. The query involves using a quickie styrofoam plug.
How many man-hours are in your plug?
Are you going to do your lay-ups on that plug or use it to cast a female mold?
How many people in total are involved to go from the plug to the first hull?
Is it worth doing if only a single hull is produced?
How much more involved would it be if you were making a 17' kayak?
