I don't use MAS but with West's epoxy the only real way to screw up is to not have equal number of pumps with each pump. The mix ratio has to be correct.

Mixing, I just mix till I'm sure it's mixed enough, then mix for maybe 30 seconds more :)

Once the epoxy has hardened you can tell if you got air under the cloth as the white spots will obviously have air under them. If not, the color isn't a big deal, you can add more resin if you want them to go away. If you have air under the glass, the only real solution is to heat it up and pull the glass off and try again. The previous thread you asked about this Charlie answered and it's good advice :)
