Boat registration (Minnesota) expires in 2010. A damn shame to put something like that on a wooden boat, but registrations are required in some states (Iowa is nasty about fining/confiscating boats without registrations so I hear). Living in Nebraska, I'm not required to register my self-propelled boats; but if I do, I must have two inch numbers and a square sticker - so I refuse. MN only requires the sticker and it is cheaper than Nebraska. There is no requirement that one must live in MN to register a boat there. The lesser of "sticker" evils.
