Paddle for now until you get a hard a hard cure then sand off the sag with a hard sanding block (a soft block will sand through the varnish adjacent to the sag). Then use all grits of wet-dry paper through 2000 on a soft block. Then polish the spot. I use Meguair’s "Medium Cut Cleaner" No. 1, "Fine-Cut Cleaner" No. 2 and the "Swirl Remover" No. 9.
