I would think you could recreate something like the trailer below, just add saddles as needed to accommodate the kayaks you want to carry.

Paddles can be easily bungee'd or tied along side the kayaks. Adding a box to carry everything else might be a little more difficult. The local kayak shop has a similar trailer (but with more frame work, it can probably carry 10 kayaks at once) with a much longer tongue and a box attached to it near the front for storage. Might be an option if your trailer is long enough.
