How to fix a nose job? Plastic surgery!

The shark head Kurt suggests is just one option. Someone else uses a knob that looks like a billiard ball. You can go for design or function here. A grab handle could be very useful. If you can run a brass strip over the end it might provide better protection against this sort of thing happening in the future.
