For the last couple of years I've been using Stolquist's Bpod drysuit and am happy with it and it's considerably less money than the average gortex drysuit. It is breathable and now comes with a relief zipper and has dry feet. Pushing your foot/ankle thru a latex gasket actually worse taking them off, is the pits, bad enough with your wrists. It has a neoprene neck gasket so is quite a bit more comfy than a latex neck gasket though not quite as waterproof. If you're not doing continous rolls in cold water it won't matter.
