Strip: Scaling a 40' Canoe

I have been assisting with a project to take the lines off of a single log canoe (two foot intervals, 20 stations) and reduce the drawings for a single and double of the same design.

My question, is there an easy way of scanning my hand drawn lines into a computer so they can be cleaned up and plotted into accurate station patterns?
