You could try Hullform ( a free edition is avaialable). Very easy to use.Permits scaling of the stations.You would need to enter the station dimensions initially.I used it to scale a 12ft boat/3 ft beam to 16ft.~4ft beam. Has a simple 3-D line view of waterlines etc. When the waterines are kinky, you can make a minor change to make them smooth.See the downloads section at http://www.hullform.com/
