from the background of the pictures, it's clear that most of them were taken at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend, Washington.......... and given that Port Townsend is a haven both for wooden boats AND home to a Kinetic Skulpture Race, it was only a matter of time that something like this would be found there....
