Epoxy: Epoxy sanding problems

Hi
I rolled on a couple of coats of epoxy last weekend and went to sand last night after scrubbing down with water as usual. One side of the hull went fine using 100 grit in the ROS but the other side is gunging up the paper big style. Tried hand sanding with 80 grit but just seems to be spreading the blush? all over the place. Tried washing again etc but doesen't seem to help - would sanding with wet and dry help or any suggestions?
