Yes it's very strange that one side was ok. It was the first time I used roller so mixed several small batches instead of one big one - perhaps one of the mixes wasn't quite right as never had problems with the expoxy I'm using.

Have some lights rigged up as per your suggestion whilst at work today so will have a look later and see where we are. Hull looks a real mess now though hopefully it will all come good in the end. Maybe flip it over leave the lights on the hull and try and progress the deck which has had longer than the hull to harden.
