I replaced ankle gaskets with latex booties a few years ago. I got them and the adhesive from NRS. Since then, fabric booties have become much more common on new suits, but I haven't looked into where they might be found as replacements.

I much prefer the booties to the ankle gaskets, but they do increase the shoe size worn over them.
