Thanks Brian -- looks like what I want. A couple of questions though. Are the latex socks large enough to take one or two pairs of socks inside without forcing them? Looking at the OS page link it appears as though you would need to buy both latex socks and seals -- is that right? How durable are the socks? With care do you get seasons or years out of them before the gasket needs replacing?
