I used it right off the roll. Tag said it was "pre-shrunk" so I concentrated on sewing it tight enough not to need shrinking once sewn.
Two "failed" skins is enough to teach me to buy the right fabric from the get-go instead of fooling around with other stuff.
: Did you wash the material first or use it as it was? I believe tissue meant
: for clothing use should be put through the washer and possibly dryer
: before applying a finish.
