Hi Paul,
The easiest accurate method is to figure out the difference in overall lengths as a percentage. Say 18' to 18' 11". That's a 5% increase in length. Measure the original distance between each form and multiply by 1.05. (Easiest done in metric.) Set the forms to the new distance.
