Epoxy: Graphite?

I am thinking about finishing my Arctic Tern 14 by painting the entire hull black and wrapping the paint up to cover the first deck panel above the sheer. Since it will be black anyway, I was thinking of using epoxy and graphite below the water line for some extra protection. I have not used an epoxy graphite mix, so any recommendations on how to do it would be appreciated. Is it necessary to mix in silica as well. Also, is there a white graphite instead of black? Thanks.
