Put more graphite in the mix and it will take on the opaque consistency of a paint. Two coats will do it, the material will need to be watched on a warm/hot day for sags, so don't walk off until you get a set that holds it all in place. Have some wide chip brushes handy for a regular tipping off, if needed and enjoy yourself.

Do not do this out in the sun! The black epoxy mix will retain huge amounts of heat and the stuff will, literally, slither off your up-turned hull so fast that you'll be jerking around like the oft referenced, one legged guy in the butt kicking contest.

Once done and cured, you can buff it out for the satin-like sheen described by Dan and some light grit sanding is possible to get the uglies off the smooth surface. The boat will glide like Buttah on a rocky shore and have little wear showing unless you absolutely crush the landing.

Standard cautionary warnings about leaving the hull, bottom side up, on a beach where stagnant air will push the temps on the boat into the danger zone.
